Hi,

My boiler is making a weird popping noise and the pressure is at zero so I think I need to increase that. ive looked online were people say their should be a filling loop and silver cable but im not seeing anything like that.

Indeed. Turn both levers so they're in-line with the pipe/hose. If the pressure drops again soon then you'll need to find out why.

Don't forget to turn them both back off ;)

Hi. I don’t have a filler hose on my vakera mynute 14-48 se. There’s no pressure and it’s not lighting. I’m not sure what to do but have found this under the sink? The pipe will undo and attach to the one in the wall, but that one is warm?

The pipe on the right looks like a cold fill pipe for a washing machine. The other outlet could be hot water fill for washing machine.

Thank you - I did wonder. Can’t find a filler pipe for the boiler then ☹️ but thanks for your quick reply.

nope they are washing machine connections, good chance the filling loop willbe next to your hot water cylinder post pics of wht is in there and pics of underneath your boiler

My husband has just said where it is but he’ll try that when he gets back at 9. Last time it overfilled he said so he’ll do it. Something to do with a yellow pipe under the boiler. I’m off to Morrison’s to warm up! Thanks for the info all !

Well, husband came in at 9 and topped it up to 2. Woke up today and it had flooded and the pressure was above 2. Electric blown etc. Drained radiator in the kitchen. Going to call an engineer now.
