Voltage Converter

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can tell me a good voltage converter which can adapt to a UK to USA plug (i.e. let me use a UK appliance in USA)?
I just want it for low power items e.g. CD player, Mobile phone charger, laptop charger etc.
