Personally I am not a fan of the fluke ones, the probes are not GS38 and have no finger guards. Both the T5 1000 and T5 600 need to be set to measure voltage hence I wouldn't consider suitable for isolation testing, they are more along the lines of a multimeter.

OK, I have had the stienel combi-check battery go flat and the tester fail to function but was realised immediately whilst doing the initial proving test.
