Roughly, yes. You get better value for money when you buy direct from a haulier, but can suffer some financial loss due to part loads.
If you do have MOT delivered by tonne sack, slash the bag whilst he's craning them off. Nowt worse than shovelling out of those bags.
Nice. Shame you waited until the twilight of my diy career to tell me that one.
