Think the diverter is struggling- hot water gets there but slow to react. Going to try and pick up a service kit today but don't like to touch things without the book.

check V website, might be on there. if not, ask them and they will send you the original.

Not wishing to sound disrespectful Ben, but I'd trawled my computers (where I did have them), checked the V site, and being a Saturday morning and xmas post V would probably get me a set by- new year?
Sometimes its safe to assume that people do think for themselves before asking!
I'll try the area V rep on Monday if no-one can help.
