I have removed the moss from my lawn (chemical stuff and lots of raking) now the grass is a bit thin so I am going to seed it together with the borders that I have leveled off. How much do I have to keep off the grass whilst it grows? If I put the seed down Saturday (I have racked in fertiliser a few days ago as recommended) can we have a BBQ (ie friends round walking on lawn) on Sunday? Or will I be ok till when the seeds start to grow? And then when can I go on it again?
