Wall Boards in the Bathroom

I'm thinking of putting Mermaid (Slate) wall boards on the "shower" area of a L shaped shower bath.

I assume fit the bath first then cut the wall boards to fit, but how to seal the edge coming down to the bath top?

Their web site says "Please check before ordering that the size and shape of your shower tray is compatible with the Transeal bottom seal profile".

Any experience anyone?
