Wall Hunt Toilet with Concealed Cistern - Matching set?

Does anyone know if wall hung toilets and the frame/concealed cistern need to be from the same brand to ensure they match or do they all generally work together?

A lot of the nice toilet brand have over priced frames and cisterns so it'll be good to save some money by getting a cheaper brand.
