Cistern frame for wall hung toilet, does brand matter?

Hello, I am refurbishing my house and will need 5 of these toilets, any money saved is best but obviously don't want a false economy.

Is there any real difference between grohe branded:

Grohe or Gerberit every time - that way you'll get spares for the flush mechanism.
