Wall starter options

Hi,
I need to block up a doorway in a house abroad, toothing out is not an option.
I'm looking at using https://www.screwfix.com/p/scre/31633 or https://www.screwfix.com/p/sabrefix-frame-ties-10-pack/24936 as wall starters. Would either be suitable, it's a stone wall and I'll be blocking in with concrete blocks.

I've looked at the wall starter kits with rails but they're not available where the house is and won't fit into my suitcase!

The second link with the flat rectangular frame cramps will be fine - fix them to the wall with screws and plugs at every 2 courses of blockwork.
