Does anyone know a way to stop wallpaper from coming off from behind and around radiators?

Have you tried one of the ready mixed heavy-duty pastes rather than the ones you mix up with water?

I have seen this many times in peoples house although none of my wallpaper hanging has ever been subject to this effect.

Make sure you size behind the radiator adequately and then hang the paper. Never use cheap wallpaper paste, that is the key....!

I give the wall behind the rad a coat of PVA first..its going to be a pig to remove but at least its only a small area and better than having the paper come away
