Walnut Stain

My daughter heard that the chemicals in the skin of the Walnut would take away acne so she rubbed the inside of the skin on some of her face. It has dyed that part of her face. Is there anything that will take this off?

You wouldn't want to try anything too harsh on skin, so I'd say soap, water and time will take care of it.
