Want a new front door canopy, struggling to find one

We'd like a larger front door canopy, we currently have a small wooden one (about 6" wider than the door itself). Ive searched online but most seem to be GRP plastic ones but we'd like a larger wooden one (possibly with a tiled roof? - undecided)

Any recommendations as to where to look for one?
