Hi for reasons too boring to mention I wish to return my combi biasi boiler to its original state. It had a small loop wire which I had to remove. I then fed in two cables into boiler. I did it correctly and it has been fine for many yrs. I thought doing the reverse would be simple and yet I'm not sure where to put the loop.
Quite impressed with my former self that I fitted the thing
Top of photo is mains side. Bottom is for '' external controls' volt free connections.
Obviously I can remove 2 blues and 2 brown from the cables I fitted, and also disconnect it from the mains.
I'm assuming I just put loop in on the non mains side. On the mains side loop would just short circuit, surely
Sorry if this is completely obvious and stupid qu
Other alternative I'm guessing and less fiddly is inside thermostat box to just link live to live so that it is oer anently bypassing therm controls.
That would give me easier option to reconnect.
I sense some will tell me off. You don't know what you're doing etc. Please remember it was my younger self who actually fitted it
I do have a good reason for wanting to do this but it's not really relevant here.
Many thanks in advance for patient replies.
