warm or cold flat roof with EPDM

Guys,
Replacing flat roof & wanted to know the best option to keep warmth in.
Also previous roof material was felt - as I will be replacing the roof myself was looking at an EPDM covering.
Your experiences appreciated.
I know I am asking quite a few questions but alot of work to do to the house, I appreciated your comments.

Each will be just a warm, but a warm deck wont need ventilating

W D saves a lot of cutting in between joists.

I was going to use 100mm Celotex, is that sufficient?
Would I still need a vapour barrier on the deck if I am using Celotex as it has foil backing?
What are the fixings called for securing the Celotex?
Also looking at some older posts suggests still using insulation on the inside of the roof, is that overkill?

Yes Jassdhali, I think it would be a sufficient and as it is used as foil backing material you do not need to apply any vapor barrier. King span is another material which is used for foil backing.
