Evening all.

Have moved into a house where this boiler is installed. Boiler has worked (or so I thought )

I had noticed that the hot water in the bathroom didn't seem to heat up as much at that in the kitchen sink, just though it was one of those things. Water always came through fairly hot but never as hot as the kitchen...well now the kitchen is doing the same.

The heating is working presently but the water will begin warm, heat up (as hot as normal) but they'll will get slightly cooler. It will continue to run a ltitle hotter than warm.

Does this sound like a fault anyone has come across?

Thanks

Flow switch not working, scaled heat exchanger, too high a flow for the boiler. A symptom of many faults. You need an experienced technician.

OK here's an update.

The filling loop valve died this morning waking the while house as the pressure relief valve was going like a train.

That has been changed and not the boiler sounds normal again.

I have tried running the hot water slower with no luck, it seems that when the hot water alone is on the water will run warm for a second then go quite cold. If the heating has been on for a bit the hot water will run warmer...but nevery really hot.

Anymore thoughts?
