warmflow combi boiler (oil)

Can anyone help out with a problem im having with my combi boiler please,
When hot water is turned on at the tap,boiler kicks in as it should but it then starts to run out of steam as such.
Boiler really starts to run cold water instead of running hot water the whole tha tap is on.
Any ideas guys, please!!!
Starting to really annoy me now!!

Usual problems on this are blockage in the hot water circuit in the boiler.

Check if DHW pump head is working, or if there is a problem with the mixing valve.
