Warmflow kc70hee oil boiler (releases pressure) (Ed.)

Hi
Struggling to pressure up my warmflow kc70hee combi boiler.
Just gets to half bar and won't go up and trigger pressure switch.
All air vents and rads bled ok
The expansion tank was full of water.
It was working fine and now this.
Any ideas guys please Cheers

Are you charging it from the mains or from the mains via a PRV (pressure reducing valve) or from a storage cistern in the attic, it won't go above 0.5bar if from the cistern.

Mains mate .
Straight through
Was fine then one morning no pressure.
Bled it to death and still don't increase

If straight through mains then either your mains pressure is a very unlikely 0.5Bar or a faulty PG, again unlikely as the pressure switch would close and the PRV would probably lift if pressure > 3.0Bar.

I .may bypass the switch and see what happens

To confirm the pressure (gauge), check pressure via the EV air end schrader valve if you have a tyre PG.
