Warning pipe

Hi,
there is a warning/overflow pipe beneath my bathroom that has been leaking for the past couple of days and is getting worse. Excuse my ignorance - what is it warning of? Our heating and dhw is a sealed system. The bathroom has a bath, shower, whb, toilet and bidet.

check whre/what the overflow pipe is connected to

makes sense. I just thought it would discharge into the soil pipe. Guess not. There aren't any warning pipes at any of the other wcs (3 of).
