Warped sill

I have a box bay window where one piece of the sill is warped, I'm guessing it's pine.
I'd rather not have to remove and replace but I'm open to suggestions.

what makes you think its warped? from the image it just looks like its been knocked down 5mm

as above will it clamp flush then you could nail it with two diagonal nails, if that doesnt work than it will have to come off and maybe doweled ?
 
There is a gap under the raised piece, the RH side is level.
I was thinking of clamping then using a frame fixing into the brickwork below
 
If it can be moved a repair plate could be screwed across from below.Clean out gap and glue as well.
 
Problem solved with a combination of clamp and a frame fixing screw.
