Hiya,

My washer/dryer (which I have not had long) was in the middle of a wash when my electric tripped, the whole house, and kept tripping when I tried to turn the trip switches back to normal, until I left it and a few hours later it was fine.

But since then, my washer won't go through a full programme, I put it onto to wash, it does the wash, but when it comes to the spin or draining, it just halts and the on/off button flashes, and it wont even let me open the door unless I turn it off. Sometimes it won't even turn off, so I have to do so by the switch.

I have tried to spin seperately, and its just refusing. I have tried to drain seperately, and as it does it makes this funny grating/squeaking sound.

I have ASD, so not sure what to do. Please help.

Possibly check the motor brushes first for wear.
