what controls the fan on a servis m9813w .the heat exchanger gets hot but dont blow the fan was not working can you help please

Do you have a multimeter, is there a voltage at the fan? It may be dead.

thanks will test is there a termostat that controls the fan or a relay to look out for any suggestions will help if fan is ok
