Hi,

I am thinking about getting a dishwasher problem is that there is no plumbing for it.

It will be situated next to the washing machine which is next to the sink.

I know that you can get a y piece connector to connect the inlet hose's so that is not a problem? Its just the waste pipes from each. The waste for the washing machine is already connected via a outlet on the sink trap.

Is there anyway I can get a y piece for the waste? any suggestions?

Cheers

dont bother, run a separate pipe outside to waste, sink connectors are well known to block up and cause problems

I can't go outside with the waste I need to connect it under the sink somehow... Any other suggestions?

Difficult without seeing your set up but you could try 'adapting' your current setup and use one of these:

Breezer has a valid point in that they can be prone to blockages but you could try B&Q. They do a Marley waste (WPK3XR) see below.

As you will see from the link above it comes with a double spigot for connecting a Washing Machine and a Dishwasher. Its listed as £17.28 but it may well be easier than trying to adapt your current set up.

Hope that helps.

Hey thats absolutley brilliant, I can replace my bit (single) with that double one thats all I need to do...

Thanks for your help :D
