washing machine cold feed ???

Does this have to be cold mains.

moving a washing machine and would be easier to t into the cold supply for the bathroom which is tank fed

it will take longer to fill depending on the head of water

Also the inlet valves usually need a min 4psi to lift the diaphragm so that's about 8' head above the valves.
