Hi

My washing machine has flooded my kitchen floor. I have moped it up and turned it off at the switch.

I have checked the hoses (red and blue) and the connections - and they all seem fine. I have also checked the waste pipe outlet and it seems fine too, not blocked.

What else could it be please?

There can be many places water is leaking from, pipework, dispenser, door seal, drum, take your pic

depending on machine.

if it has a removable rear panel you can run it to see where it is coming from 'last resort'

Check the door seal bellows for holes
Tip the machine backwards against a wall etc and look underneath and see if you can see where abouts the water is tracking.
Check the hoses underneath for holes
check all clips etc on hose ends and sump.
remove top of machine and look down
clean dispenser drawer out including the cavity.
check the pressure system did the machine overfill
What part of the cycle did it leak during
where abouts was the water coming from 'place it so you can see all round and run it
loads you can do
