washing machine hotpoint aquaries door

Hi I have a washing machine hotpoint aquaries 520
The door light is flashing and clicking
Have done the usual cleaned out the waste hole and got the door open by using the green plastic bit and unloaded the washing out machine it appears it didn’t take the conditioner as it’s still in the tray when shutting door is fine but the door lock light is still flashing and clicking and won’t perform any wash, any ideas please ?
