Our washing machine (Zanussi FLE1216W) has just stopped heating the water. Whilst washing, if you touch the glass it feels freezing cold and when you remove the washed clothes they feel cold (usually warm).
Does this mean that it needs a new heater element?
If so can someone tell me a good (cheap) place to get one.

Can someone tell me how to get to the element to check it. ie. do I take the front, back, top... off?
I'm a complete novice and can't afford a new machine so any help is very much appreciated
