I require to disconnect washing machine then reconnect.

This is the waste pipe from the washing machine connecting the the white plumbing under the main sink.

How do I disconnect this and how do I reconnect?

If it's only temporary you can undo the large white nut that holds the nozzel in the trap.
Just don't use the sink while its out.
