Is it posible to run the waste from the sink and washing machine together??

Yes, you can get a waste trap that has a connection for a washing machine on the side think it is a WM2 or 3

You could fit one of these to the sink.
It takes the w/m as well.

After looking at the pic i presume you take a feed from the bit on the side for the washing machine waste

The w/m hose pushes onto that and then a jubilee or spring clip.

One last thing, do you get any waste water going up into the sink or is there ample drainage for the waste just looks narrow.
