Water butt overflow into SVP

HI all, done a search but can't find an answer

I have a large conservatory with guttering all around. One end goes into the surface water drains as expepected. The other end goes into a 100ltr water but and stops there until it overflows all over the patio/path. The closest drain to this water butt is a soil pipe for our ensuite bathroom.

My question is can I fit a strap on boss and then an overflow with a trap from the water butt into the soil pipe?
