Hi I've just put in a water butt off the down pipe (the only down pipe I could really connect too), the only problem is that the bath waste comes through this down pipe, is it ok too leave it or would/should I really run a separate pipe off the guttering? Thanks

Grey water is fine for watering most of the garden, soil is an effective filter for detergents, soap etc. Don't use it on edible crops or seedlings.
