Water dripping from copper pipes

Hi all

I am renewing some pipework which will hopefully solve this, but why would there be water drips coming from copper pipes. The outside of the pipework is wet.

Would this be due to old pipework etc?

It only seems to happen at night time.

Not the best photo, but could be condensation. Colder supply and you may have the heating on.

If that's fresh concrete on the floor then I assume it will be humid in there.

In coming water mains? Push button toilet letting by, so a constance run of water would cause this.
