water dripping into pan

i have this flush valve in our toilet , http://www.lunns.net/cistern spares/arcadiaflushvalve.jpg but it quite frequantly drips water into the pan, if i take off the rubber washer and give it a wash it might be ok for a short time , not sure if it has anything to do with the split button flush.

ant ideas?

Poor adjustment or muck in your cistern, if it's the latter then clean it out.

as said muck in the cistern or buy a new seal.
macdee arcadia is one of the best valves about.

Does water drip through the seal or through the builtin overflow? Where is the water level when the inlet valve shuts off completely?

presume water is going past the seal as water level is well below the overflow pipe. how do i make any adjustments. cant seem to find the instalation info ?
