water hammering

I recently had a new combi boiler installed, new shower, toilet and a few other things. I originally had a back boiler behind my fire. My problem is water hammer that comes through the shower and upstairs hot water tap, and only the hot water, but doesn't happen on the kitchen tap. The problem in the tap has been there since day one, and only in the last month has been when the shower is on. Since i had the boiler changed there seems to be stronger pressure, especially the hot water. Anyone got any ideas? The combi boiler is a Halstead high ace.

either fit a flow restrictor or a lengh of pipe vertical off a tee with a stop end
should give enough cushion
failing that tap is loose jumper flavour
