Water in Power assisted Steering!!

My daughter has accidently put water into the reservoir for the power assistance ( she meant to top up the screen wash!!), is it safe to drive? What do I need to do to put right?

i would drain it out and fill itwith the aproprite fluid.

you may be able (and v lucky) to siphon the water out, (assuming one floats on the other)

I would also do as breezer suggests, not forgetting to turn the steering wheel lock to lock when draining and refilling the system.
