Water ingress in new conservatory, no trays or vertical dpc

Yes, it is a possibility but I believe they are not completely invisible & might make the bricks look different to the rest of the house, also almost impossible to get at half the wall without removing ceiling panes from the conservatory - alright if a one-off but I believe they need regular (5 yearly) treatment.
