Water leaking from under shower tray?

Hi, we have a problem with our shower cubicle in that we are getting a small but not insignificant leakage of water when in use that has doing a way through the ceiling. A plumber has been and cannot find a leak or any damage etc.
The problem continues however.
I think it may be the drain/ plug hole is leaking if it is stood on when showering?
Any ideas??

Could be, or the waste leaking, or silicone or grout needing re-done.

To prove your theory stand on the plug hole & pour water from a jug, if it leaks, then you can see about fixing it. If it dosnt leak you can look at other possible places, what about the shower to wall seal?
