Solid floor a past water leak has caused limescale types stains on the floor tiles and grout lines, is there a fast way of cleaning it off ?
Done it before using a rubbing stick, but just wondered if anyone knows of a quick way of vetting rid of it without retiling ! Thx.

I’ve found Cillit bang to be quiet good at cleaning lime scale & mould from silicone, grout & tiles but it depends how bad it is; serious stains may need something stronger, possibly one of the proprietary tile cleaners but personally not tried them;

Watch out for the tiles; glazed porcs/ceramic should be OK but watch polished porc, trav & other natural stone; test a small area first to avoid risk of bleaching them.

I use cheapo brick cleaner - works a treat.
