Hi Thames Water just fixed my mains leak. However they couldn't do one section because of ground conditions. They told me to buy an insuduct and go up and create a new mains stop cock. I think this is a grand idea and will solve any problems in the future.

However I have looked at the insuduct box and it seems fairly easy. What I am unsure about is what insulation I need to put into the hole I make in the wall. Its 25mm MDPE.

I can't go through the floor as I don't have the room.
