Twenty five years ago in my DIY yoof, I laid a base for my garage which slopes inward a tiny bit- yeah, I know. Back then, there was an issue with water pooling outside, then running under the door- I fixed that with some drainage.

Now, the only time it 'floods' is when the rain is wind driven onto the door, runs down and in. Not the end of the world, but can make a helluva mess if I leave stuff there; or have a load of sawdust from using it as a woodshop...

I did place a 2x1 batten there, screwed down, and silicone sealed, but that has failed, and water comes under that too.

Any ideas please? I have thought about making a 1 inch high concrete 'speed bump' about 6" wide, but assume that would just crack off? All ideas considered. Thanks.
