Hope someone can enlighten me. I have an old Triton T80 electric shower. It operates fine until, about 3mins after switching on, the water suddenly stops flowing with an audible click. This happens regardless of whether its set on hot or cold. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Could be a low pressure switch cutting it off.
Check your cold mains stop cock is fully open.
Check the shower head is clean and not scaled. You could also check any water inlet filter on the shower inlet is not blocked.
