Waterproof Bond - Wood to Asphalt Floor

Hi,

I want to make a waterproof bond between a piece of 4 x 2 and an asphalt floor.

A couple of the adhesive tubes I've picked up say not to use on asphalt.

Any suggestions as to what to use?

I've got epoxy resin available, and Evostik Wet Grab, but could easily buy something else.
