I have a garage that was built into the soil. On two sides the soil covers nearly all the wall. On the other it covers 50% of the wall. There is some dampness on the walls and I want to eradicate as much as I can for as cheap as I can (so I can put units on the wall to hold tools). Is there a pain I can buy the would seal the walls.

I think one part of the wall has bitumen coat, but I think that might still be sticky (got stuff up against it so cant remember).

Thanks in advance Gary.

Something like this, but it won't be 100% effective. But then nothing will unless you go for an expensive option.

Make sure you keep the place ventilated too, couple of airbricks or vents to help the place dry out a bit.
