wax on a mohair jumper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

help, i have a beautifully soft black mohair jumper, i managed to spill wax on it! how can i get it out without ruining the fibres? many thanks

You could try, ironing on brown paper, it will melt the wax & the paper should soak it up.

my problem with that is it being a mohair jumper, it is very fluffy and the fibres might absorb more than the paper. i dont want to lose the fluffiness
