Hi

Does anyone have any experience of replacing the EV of a Worcester Bosch 35CDi Mk1 (twin pump)

The manual seems to suggest a fairly straightforward task, but it this really the case?

Thanks.

Finally got round to doing this.

Switched off boiler.
Turned off CH flow and return valves.
Connected hose to boiler drain valve and drained.
Emptied EV of water thru Schraeder valve. (Took a while!)
Unbolted EV and pushed up EV locking catch.
Carefully pulled out EV ensuring back of EV (ie with 'spout') pointing upwards to avoid water spillage into electrics.
Put new O-ring onto new EV.
Pushed EV into position, bolted and locked.
Loop-filled to raised pressure from 0 to 1.5.
Opened CH flow and rtn valves.
Switched boiler on.
Ran HW tap to a couple on minutes. Plenty hot!
Turned on CH. All rads warming nicely.
Pressure rises to about 2 bar when CH on for a few hours. Settles back to 1.5 when cooled.

Think all is OK.
