WBP Plywood

I have recently moved into a new build house and have had a quote for floor tiling in the bathroom and en suite (I'm not sure what the flooring is that they've used in the upstairs of the house other than its green, downstairs its a concrete floor).

The tiler asked if we would lay 6mm plywood and seal it with a waterproof product (save him a bit of time and us extra cost). I've bought some 6mm WBP plywood but I'm not sure what to use to seal it, can anyone give me an ideas?

6mm seems a bit thin to me?

Be aware that should the tiles come loose he'll blame you for not doing the floor correctly. You should check with him what he wants you to seal it with - it depends on what adhesive he uses.
