WDL540 Hotpoint Washer Dryer - What error code is this?

All 4 lights are flashing on the bottom row, start/pause flashing bottom right, and 4 lights on the right including the spin, dry, end and keylock lights permanently on

Checked the water inlet, drain pipe and the collector at the bottom. I'm a tenant so waiting on landlord/agent to get in touch, if anyone could identify this issue in meantime so I'm not on the backfoot that'd be great!!

Sounds like F15, drier relay faulty, but not 100% sure as there should not be any lights on permanently just the flashing ones for that. there is a similar post here ( see later responses ) https://www.diynot.com/diy/threads/hotpoint-wdl540-flashing-lights-which-fault-code.430107/
