Hi all, I have a combi boiler. CW downstairs,HW and heating all OK, but the bathroom CW sink tap barely has any flow coming from it. Similarly the bath CW tap. Seems the loo is not filling up as quickly as it should either.

It must be pointed out that the taps are quite old.

Can anybody advise on whether this is a blockage or do my tap washer need replacing?

Cheers

Are the offending appliances tank fed.?
If so, check your tank in the loft. Make sure it is filling correctly and has enough water present. :D

I have seen houses that have a combi boiler but still have their bathroom cold fed from a tank.

A house in my street for example.
