Met Office or AccuWeather seem good.

Met office app.

Has map radar plus widget for home screen. Find it very good.

Also turn on Googles weather alert with Google assistant. Get notification when it's going to rain.

windfinder - Super forecast is really the only thing that can be relied upon, but most of the apps use the same algorithm, so its just about presentation.

What do you need it for? Maybe different apps for different purposes?
I just use a local weather station website, or Google for a weather forecast.

If you want to know if it's going to rain in the next 15 mins, those using the Weather Radar are pretty good.

For 15 minutes, just look out the window in the direction of the wind!
