Weather Proof Recess Lights

Hi Does any body have any tips on the installation of those lights that are recessed into the ground. A few friends of mine installed them and had a few snags.Any body install them regularly and have any tips on sealing them etc..

I've had alot of earth leakage problems on ones less than 18 months old.

The bricklights, fortunately, have not suffered the same fate.

Are they intended for a driveway or decking?
